What a wonderful facility!! We couldn't be any happier since the decision to move our son here from another local daycare. We love all the updates and pictures we get throughout the day. As a working parent we appreciate the schedule and the dedication to keeping us informed on what and how he's doing. We feel safe dropping him off, and his teachers have made us feel so welcome since joining. They even do fun events for the families!

My kids love their teachers. I love the communication & assistance I receive. When my kid needed tutoring but it was only offered after school, they were willing to pick him up from school for me due to my work schedule. However, I don’t like how there always new staff when my kids actually like the teachers.

Coming from another state, I was lucky enough to reach out to Bright Ideas for a spot for my youngest. Over all wonderful experience with all staff and even excited little friends who attend. They maintain good communication about concerns or even just good behavior. Very satisfied with the care both of my children are receiving!

The facility is ok. But parents need to learn to keep there kids home when there sick. My 5 month old gets sick Every other week. Because babies are sick Colds running nose etc. cleaning is done yes but leadership needs to be more on top of the kids that come in sick and send them home. It’s. not fair to parents that do keep their child home to avoid getting sick only to come back to daycare and there sick again. Maybe watch the kids as they come in or advise there teachers to do so this way the amount of sickness drops. Winter is coming so I hope it turns around. I love Miss Brandy she does an amazing job in the baby room. She awesome with the kiddos.

As a first-time parent, choosing the right place for my infant was one of the most difficult decisions I’ve had to make — but I am so thankful we found Bright Ideas Enrichment Center. From the moment we walked in, I felt a sense of warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that immediately put my mind at ease.

The infant room is clean, calm, and thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of little ones. The caregivers are incredibly gentle, attentive, and responsive to my baby’s individual needs. They take the time to learn each child’s routine and personality, which really made the transition easier for both of us.

I get daily updates, photos, and detailed notes on feedings, diaper changes, naps, and developmental milestones. It means so much to know exactly how my baby’s day is going and to see how happy and comfortable they are.

Bright Ideas isn’t just a daycare — it’s a nurturing, enriching environment that helps support my baby’s early development. I truly feel like the staff are partners in my child’s growth, and I trust them completely.

I can’t recommend Bright Ideas enough to other parents of infants. It’s a place where your baby will be safe, loved, and supported every step of the way.

I would do less than 1 star if possible. My granddaughter was cut by razor blade by another child because the teachers were not paying attention. Somebody left the razor blade where a child could get to it. It took them over an hour to contact my daughter about the injury. Now my granddaughter has 3 stitches in her knee because of their incompetence. This wasn't her 1st injury do to the teachers not paying attention just the worst 1.

I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old who currently attend bright ideas and we absolutely love it here! My 3 year old is learning his numbers and letters. They send pictures and videos of the kids. Ms.Heather is easy to talk to and communicate with. She handles any situation, answers all of our questions, and loves our babies. They are an excellent place to take your kids. I highly recommend.
