I love Bright Ideas for my daughter! They are caring, nourishing, and very helpful! They truly care about the children that they care for !! I also love the communication and how they send pictures of your children throughout the day

The staffing and administrative changes have resulted in an excellent turnaround. Very secure facility, kind and caring staff. Plenty of activities and learning to keep children stimulated.

Very great center for your babies to attend.My toddler and 5 year old been at this for a couple of months now and they love it. They communicate throughout the day and they prepare the for school.

We were enthusiastic about enrolling our daughter in Bright Ideas' PreK program, particularly given our positive past experience with their infant care. Following a successful tour and trial day, which our daughter thoroughly enjoyed, we anticipated receiving enrollment forms via email. However, despite initial assurances, these forms were not provided.

Over the past month, we have made multiple attempts to follow up, including phone calls and emails, but have not received the promised documentation. We were initially informed of a system outage, which was cited as the reason for the delay, but subsequent communications have also gone unanswered.

This situation is particularly concerning given the time-sensitive nature of PreK enrollment and the attractive incentives, such as waived enrollment fees and a complimentary week of schooling, that were offered for enrollment by the end of March. The lack of communication has unfortunately compelled us to pursue alternative options, which is a source of considerable disappointment.

My kids have been going to the daycare for 9 years. It’s a home it’s a family it’s an escape for Many kiddos! The staff is super helpful and treats you like family every time we walk through the door! They go above and beyond for their kiddos an the kids families. I’ll never leave here ❤️ Miss jay and Miss Alexis make the center a home for many people and that’s what every parent looks for in a daycare.

My children have only been attending for about two weeks, but so far we’ve had a great experience! The staff has been welcoming, kind, and patient during the transition. My kids are already adjusting well and seem comfortable and happy when I drop them off and pick them up.

I appreciate the communication and the warm, caring environment. We’re looking forward to continuing our journey here!

The best experience I have had ever. My baby is loved and so smart. Every teacher and director shows love and that they care for each every one of the children. My baby will be here until he big and off to big boy school !!

My son has been attending this daycare since he was 4 months old, and he is now 14 months. I truly cannot say enough good things about this place! The ladies are so sweet, caring, and attentive — they treat my baby like he’s their own. Even the director is amazing and always makes sure everything runs smoothly. I feel completely at ease knowing he is safe, loved, and well taken care of every day. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a warm, trustworthy, and dependable environment for their child!

My son has been enrolled at Bright Ideas for over a year and a half and we love it so much. Sherry always greets us by name and gives a warm welcome, and my son has loved all of his teachers, especially Ms. Ambria. The staff provide timely updates and messages about his day and the progress he is making. I wouldn’t want my kids anywhere else.
