The Bright Ideas Family hires its first Vice President of Operations

Apr 20, 2021

The Bright Ideas Family, is pleased to announce the hiring of its first Vice President of Operations, Erin Sullivan. Erin joins the Bright Ideas Family from Ohio and brings with her a wealth of child care expertise and a “get-it-done” attitude which will be implemented at all of our child care centers. We are proud to now have her on board as a vital member of our team.

Over the past fifteen years, Erin has worked extensively in the field of early childhood education, being a childcare instructor, center director, quality director, and most recently a center manager for over fifteen child care centers in the midwestern United States.

Erin is passionate about elevating the quality of early childhood education particularly in lower to middle income communities. She is a former Peace Corps volunteer who served in a Uganda orphanage community to develop and improve its educational programs and to promote financial independence amoung the residents.

With regard to her hiring as Bright Ideas Family Vice President of Operations, Erin said “From the beginning, it was evident that the Bright Ideas Family is not a typical child care provider where a child is a number. Instead, the Bright Ideas Family is truly a “family” which insists on excellence and gives priority to the health, safety and education of the children in its care. That’s why I am so excited to work and grow with the Bright Ideas Family for many years to come!”
